47th Annual National Golden Spur Award Honors | Photos & Recap

On October 4, 2025, the ranching and livestock communities joined together for the 47th Annual National Golden Spur Award Honors in Lubbock, Texas. A capacity crowd of nearly 500 ranchers, farmers, and friends honored the 2025 National Golden Spur Award recipient, Jan Lyons, 2025 Ranching Heritage Association Working Cowboy Award-West recipient, Jeff Bilbery, and 2025 Ranching Heritage Association Working Cowboy Award-East recipient, Tom Moorhouse.

The Honors are presented annually by six of the nation’s leading ranching and livestock organizations: American Quarter Horse Association; National Cattlemen’s Beef Association; Ranching Heritage Association; Texas Cattle Feeders Association; Texas Farm Bureau; and Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
